Q for you: do your tollhouse cookies work? mine are always flat. delicious, but never ever even the slightest bit chewy or cakey. wtf? I made two batches for the family in the past week, and they were both the same in spite of my best efforts. i had to face facts: it's me. when my bf makes the same recipe in the same kitchen, they are perfect martha stewart masterpieces..
have you had this problem? what am i doing wrong? OR, if yours are dope, how do you do it?
